My Name is Rabbi Dr. Dan Wiko, I am an ORDAINED RABBI who officiates at Jewish, Interfaith, Same-Sex & Civil Marriage Ceremonies. I will
create a Spiritually Meaningful Wedding Ceremony that reflects the indviduality of both of you as you become a couple.

By utilizing traditional Judaic ritual, customs and text and, blending in spiritual teachings and poetry as a framework, I will create the wedding ceremony that best serves your situation and desires.

I honor all faiths and am comfortable co-officiating with Christian Clergy from all denominations.

Rabbi Wiko, (the “Officiant”) will meet the couple to prepare for, plan, and officiate at the couple’s wedding at the date and time specified above. The couple agrees that the wedding will start as scheduled, or within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time. Any change in the starting time must be approved, in advance, by the Officiant. Time is of the essence of this agreement.


The basic honorarium for the service is $650. if the service is held in the Mid-Hudson River Valley. Any distance beyond 30 miles from Hopewell Jct. will require an additional fee of $______ to cover travel, mileage or other expenses. If there are co-officiants involved (priest, minister), a separate agreement must be entered into with them.

Unless the entire honorarium is paid upon the signing of this agreement, a deposit of $200 will be required to reserve the couple’s date. The balance should be presented to the Officiant, along with the Marriage License, on the wedding day prior to the start of the service.

 There is no charge for the planning session, phone calls or emails.

 Rehearsals are generally unnecessary, but if the couple would like Rabbi Wiko to attend a rehearsal dinner, there is an additional charge of $250 to cover time and travel. It is agreed that the rehearsal will be scheduled at the mutual convenience of the Officiant and the couple.

This is one of the most significant days of your life and this ceremony is

designed to reflect who each of you are as an individual and as a couple.


 It is implied. herewith, that, I, DAN S. WIKO, an Ordained Rabbi, upon the signing of the Civil Marriage License of your County and State and/or upon signing the Ketubah, I have performed as the officiant of record, duly authorized by the Laws of Moses and the Domestic Relations Laws of the State of New York, to create this legally binding Contract and declare you husband and wife.
